Which Script Language to use
I have a project to build a Web Based multi-page form which the results need to be saved into a config file.
What script language do you suggest.
The form also has to access to files on a database. these files are shown in the form for the user to select.
Thanks

I would suggest Java, considering it's what I use. ;-p
No really, Java Server Pages and Servlets are extremely powerful in server side programming, and really easy to use. PHP could also do it well I'm guessing, but I've never used it
However, Java's not a script language...just a language.

That's easy - PHP. While I agree Servlets and JSP are excellent, they're often quite heavyweight for simple solutions. I also think that PHP is much easier to learn.

Go with PHP
Yeah, if you don't have experience with Java, it will be a lot easier to do it with PHP.
Java is a good choice if the project will eventually grow in complexity.
