IE 6 and Java App

I am working on a web site and have installed a small java app (apMenu) to the site for a navigation menu. For some reason, when I try to look at the page through IE, IE crashes. I have another box that everything works fine through (IE has no problem) but on mine I can not get the page loaded. I am new to using Java apps and need some help. If there is another forum I should post this let me know.
