I'm trying to write this applet and I'm having trouble trying to get things moving in there. in the attached file, i have the source code for a flower applet. I was wondering if anyone can get the petals around the flower moving around the centre smilie face. if any knows how to do it, please send the changed file back to my email at chaoabunger@hotmail.com. thanx
i'm not going to do your homework for you, but i may i suggest that it would probably be worth while looking up threads, since you'll need these to get things moving.
apart from that you'll also have to use variables when you draw the flower otherwise you have no way of changing the way it will be drawn. i'd even suggest that you made a seperate flower class.
