Scrolling

Hi all,

I know that this forum is Java Based but it also says that html problems or questions will be looked at.

Well can someone point me in the direction to understand how to scroll the main frame but keep the Heading & Menu in the same place.

I'm working on this web site at the moment and I would like to know before I continue how to do this.

Create two frames, split horizontally. Here's the details of the "frameset" tag:
