how to add sound/audio clip to JApplet?

can some1 tell me the code to upload an audio clip to the JApplet? the following is my current code... but it does not work... why? thankz in advance...

AudioClip mySong = getAudioClip(getDocumentBase(), "coke.mid");
mySong.play();
