Skinning java applications
hi,
Im designing a Java Audio player and to get away from the basic colours that most java applications are run in i have decided to create a skin(.jpg) that will cover the main container of the JFrame and give the program a new look.
The problem is i cant find any articles that talks about this. There is a download out on the net that allows you to add skins made by the commpany but i want to apply my own skin without the aid of a patch.
Does anyone have any idea or any links to websites that give examples to applying skins to programs. This would be great.
Thanks
Andrew
