    Insert an EOF

    I know using the keyboard you can do it Ctrl-Z or Ctrl-D on UNIX.

    How do you add an EOF using java code, b/c "^Z" isn't working?

    end of file is a platform dependent byte signature. jsut close the stream you are using and java will send an EOF for you
