    reflection cannot list inherited method?

If I have two classes, one called SuperC, and the other called SubC, which inherits from SuperC. When I use reflection to find methods for SubC, it only contains methods defined in SubC, not those inherited from SuperC???

How am i supposed to invoke a method that is inherited from a super class then?? can someone give me a tip? thanks

tricky... found the answer: I should use getMethod instead of getDeclaredMethod, and that way, all inherited methods are visible.
