hi

I am sysadmin and few of my users are getting the following error:

connection failed: java.io.IOException error and they need to reconnect again. This is not happening always?

what could be problem? I checked for the network connectivity with customer and everything is fine. Is this happen if there is timeout error in the server end?

i cudnot isolate where the problem is? i donot know anything on java and cud anyone help me on this?

i understand that i have not given enough info to troubleshoot further but i donot know what to ask? so pls ask me questions for anymore details to solve this.
