I am trying to see what this particular menu is made of. Is it an applet or JavaScript or HTML??? Can someone please tell me as I am looking for something like this to do on my site and I am not sure what to search for.

the lines in the first box are just links, the rest is probably javascript & css. If not then its pretty easy to do something like that with javascript & css anyway.
