    PC crashes and/or closes internet websites.

    My PC is crashing daily or comes up with "XYZ has encountered a problem and needs to close".
    Usaully XYZ = "Internet Explorer" but also "Media Player"
    Think it may be linked to Java because I go on websites that use Java.

    Error report attached.

    Any ideas or do you know where I can get help.

    looks like a virus to me that uses java. Have you virus scanned?
    A kram a day keeps the doctor......guessing

    Hi Kram,

    Yes I have virus scanned using a numbers of programs.
    All come up with nothing.

    What does the the error report actually say? Any clues?
    Any ideas where I go from here?

    Run a spyware scan too. Spyware programs typically exploit vulnerabilities in everything they can in order to infect your computer.

    Here are a few good ones:
