i have a hot spot link being used...

but i want it to open the services.html in a "new" size restricted non resizable/no scroll bar... etc window.

I have tried and tried different codes... but now im not sure what to do.

I would change the menu from GUI to text buttons but i spent so much time making the GUI... Can anyone help me???
