Question class file gets destroyed in execution.

I have a class file that seems to get destroyed/corrupted while the calling program is executing. Where should I start to debug this problem?

Reason I know it is bad is that when I return to Eclipse 3, there are errors in other files related to the entries in this file.

    Thanks,

Shudder ... I don't think you can code 'bugs' like that, not unless the program somehow
is messing with the class files that are excuting, and that only leaves the option that
    Eclipse 3 is the culprit.
    eschew obfuscation
