I am working on a display and need a little help

it has a curved led dot type display
with a 7 segment type display under it

best i can do with these ascii anyhow
I know how to update the dot display using transparents but
the 7 seg display is hidden by the picturebox even tho
i have set it to transparent

any clues the best way to proceed on this
