The candidate will be working on integrating MBS securities into a risk-reporting system used for managing fixed income portfolios of this company's clients. The primary task includes identifying the correct approach for doing this, implementing the solution and supporting the clients' use of MBS functionality. The position involves working within a small development team contributing to diverse range of client-facing fixed income analytics. The candidate should have demonstrated skills working with large client-server applications, good grasp of MBS market from both practical and quantitative side, including associated data, prepayment and risk modeling.

Develop, implement and support MBS analytics, starting with US agency pass-throughs, with client expectations in mind.

Work well within a small team as well as independently.
Interact well with traders and be capable of delivery under tight deadlines and pressure situations.
Look for opportunities, away from primary responsibilities, to assist the overall development team meet its objectives.

Maintain the banks standards, confidentiality and professional approach, especially when under pressure.

Minimum Requirements:

Undergraduate degree required, preferably computer science, mathematics or finance.
PhD would be an advantage.
