    how to print String in Bold

    HI Room,
    This is Naveen. I am doing some formating class to print an file in Java
    So, I am doing everything ok, but my problem is to print heading part in BOLD
    font...how can i achieve this purpus..pls advice me....with sample code...

    I think you can use the JEditorPane,StyledDocument and the Style class for this. If
    you load your file into the editor as rtf, format the header and print it afterwards. I
    have only code for the first part;

    Code:
    RTFEditorKit rtfEdKit=new RTFEditorKit();
    this.edPane.setContentType(rtfEdKit.getContentType());
    FileInputStream fIn=new FileInputStream(f);
    this.edPane.read(fIn,new Object());
    fIn.close();
    // this doc can be used for formatting the text
    StyledDocument doc=(StyledDocument)this.edPane.getDocument();
    eschew obfuscation
