    Status bar scrolling message

    How do I modify the following JavaScript ScrollMessage function code so that the text in the status bar scrolls from left-to-right (instead of right-to-left)?

    <html>
    <head>
    <title>Scrolling Message</title>
    <script language="JavaScript">
    msg = "Hey Angels, your fifteen minutes of fame are just about over";
    spacer = " >> << ";
    pos = 0;
    function ScrollMessage() {
    window.status = msg.substring(pos, msg.length) + spacer +
    msg.substring(0, pos);
    pos++;
    if (pos > msg.length) {
    pos = 0;
    }
    window.setTimeout("ScrollMessage()",200);
    }
    ScrollMessage();
    </script>
    </head>

    <body>
    <h1>Scrolling Message</h1>
    Look at the status bar to read a scrolling message,
    but not for too long; or you'll go blind.
    </body>
    </html>

    Probably asking in the Javascript forum would be your best bet. Java != Javascript
