    Basic question - what are the requirements...

    I made a utility using Visual Basic .net.

    On what kind of OS will it work ?

    Windows CP only ?
    Must Framework.net be installed ?

    Yes, all .NET apps require the .NET Framework. System requirements are here: http://msdn.microsoft.com/netframewo...yinfo/sysreqs/ (you're interested in the requirements for the .NET Framework 1.1 Redistributable).
