storing access table values in arrays in Vb

can anyone
hlp me in retrieving the values stored in columns of tables in MS access into VB arrays,

for example

i have employee table
emp(eno,age,salary)

i want to retrieve all the ages of employees from MS access table into an array age() declared in Vb form

means code for retreving the ages from MS access table using SQL query and storing them in an array in VB
