    Question How to read RS232C port ?

    Hi all,
    In my project, I am supposed to read the RS232C port which is there in EPBAX system. From the port, I should get all the details like phone numbers, minutes talked, etc. and all this should be stored to the database thru GUI .......
    Can anyone help me?????? Plzz
