file deletion function
Hi, i'm pretty sure this is easy? I'm really new to C++ and was wondering if anyone could show me a code that will permanantly delete a file.
If you could supply a full code, I can fiddle around with it and see how it works to help me get a better understanding.
Thanks heaps!!

look at the remove() or unlink functions declared in <io.h> and <stdio.h>, respectively:
remove("C:\\mydir\\sales.doc")
