help with a personal evaluation

hey everyone. I need some help with my school assignment. I have to make a personal website for my client using javascript which includes a program that lets users choose 5 appearance features- hair colour, eye colour, eye shape, skin colour and face shape (the 5 questions are multiple choice using radio buttons). The program has to then take these variables and give a facechart in return to show the user what make-up 'look' suits them. has any one seen anythin like this on the web or to give me some help in any way?? thanks

Just to clarify, Java and Javascript are totally seperate languages that just happen to have a similar sounding name.
