Source Code to provide synchronization

Hi,

Gui contains 3 panels. First panel should display number of methods and constructors in a selected java file. Second panel should display the sourcecode with line numbers. Now our requirement is provide synchronization between java methods and source code. While selecting particular method then it should show the mark in source code panel. Same as in flowchart panel(3rd panel).

One more thing is how can i provide new open window in second panel by selecting open menuitem from menubar. Give ur valuable suggestions.

Sorry, haven't got source for that.
The reason is that I have bought the executable for it, its called JBuilder.
