ClassCastException

Hi, does anybody know why I'm getting the error message (shown below)?
I'm writing a simple mailer using the JavaMail API. It compiles fine, so obviously I its not a syntax problem or so. Anyone know whats wrong?

did you set up the smtp host properly?
