Disabling a Tollbar button

Hey,

Just wondering how i can disable a toolbar button from another form. When the user logs in, some of the function will be disabled including the Staff Record toolbar button. How would i go about refrencing this button from the Login form and disbaling it. I tried MDIGetIntroduced.tbrGetIntroduced.Buttons.Item.Key "Staff". But it gives me the error: Argument Not Optional and it highlights the .Item section.
Please help!!!!

look at the documentation for the Key property of the Item object. The error means that you are not using it right, and because I do not know which toolbar you are using, I cannot help more than that
