Maybe it doesn't understand Taiwanese?

Joking (sort of)... As I understand it, voice recognition programs need to be "trained" by speaking the same phrase multiple times, and then assigning it to a keyboard or mouse command.

Everybody's tone is not the same
So I think it is a relation of the tone
