Hi all,

I am newbie to .NET. I have programming knowledge in C, C++ and Java. I am working on a project using a PDA running windows mobile 2003. I need to make an application which works offline and when it detects a WLAN, it must upload the local content to a database. Could you please guide me to go forward...
