Hello all,

I am in need of figuring out how to either detect when the back button is clicked or force a refresh / reload of the page when the back button is hit. Has anyone ever done this or have any ideas of how to accomplish this? I have used quiet a few solutions that turn the cache off but everytime I do this I get the annoying "Warning ..... please click retry to submit the post again" or whatever it says.
