TAPI AND VB.Net
Looking for some samples on how to do TAPI applications in .Net (C# or VB).
Does anyone have any good samples or sites that provide this information?
Thanks!

..NET does not have any built-in support for TAPI so you'd have to use it
with COM-interop.

Re: TAPI AND VB.Net
I went through the documentation and didn't see anything, but I was more interested
in using the TAPI 3.0 Library in .Net. (I should have clarified what I was
looking for.)
Specifically, the ACD objects and how to connect to a Que from a client.
Thanks!

I never used TAPI (COM or .NET). I did a quick search on Google groups
and noticed that anyone who wants to do it is told to use COM interop.

Re: TAPI AND VB.Net
Hi,
You can call the TAPI functions, just as you would have in earlier versions
of VB (via unmanaged code). As stated in the other reply, .NET has no
built-in support for TAPI. Also, as suggested, I too would suggest that COM
Interop may be the way to go. Take a look at amTAPI
(http://allen-martin-inc.com/), TeleTools (www.exceletel.com), or Sax Comm
Objects (www.saxsoft.net)...

Re: TAPI AND VB.Net
Thanks to all who replied.
I started using the TAPI 2.0 DLL through COM interop.
Looks like it has everything I need.
Thanks again!

Piping TAPI through tcp/ip
Hi,
Does anyone know if it is possible to pipe a telephone call (using tapi) through TCP so a user on a remote computer can talk as if they were on the phone?
I am sure there is a way but I am not sure how to do it. I am programming in VB.NET by the way.
Any example source code or projects would be superb.
Thanks for your help...
