How to call jsp to java class library module ?

can you please clearly specify the problem

I have a module "outcall" with two parameters name and phone number in the java class library autoCall. I have to call outcall module from jsp code.
How to write jsp code to access java class library module ?
I wrote small code in java because i know C++. but i don't know how to write jsp code ?
