How to make a geographical map editable using java
Hey, I'm working on a project involving the creation of a traffic light system in part of my town. The problem is I don't know what application to use to convert the scanned map image into an editable one so that I can add the traffic lights and traffic. Can anyone suggest such an application or recommend what I should do? The map is too large and complex or me to draw it with java.
Thanks,
Aurel
