Environment settings...
friends, just wondering how come my compiler can't detect my program when I change directory from c:\jdk1.3 to a certain directory? I tried changing everything in my environment settings but still the compiler cant see it.
Any advice you can share?

What does your PATH variable look like? I am assuming you are using Windows?

What is the commandline you are using to compile your program?
Is the source program in the current directory when you issue the call to javac.exe?
Do you get any error messages? Pls copy them and paste them here.
