Making a PPP call from Win2000
I am running Win 2000.
I need to run a script which will make a PPP call from my PC, via COM1 and ISDN, to several remote units, the numbers of which are in an ACCESS table at the moment. Having connected it will then down load a selection of files via FTP and then make a telnet call to reboot the unit.
I am very new to VB5 but am willing to learn.
I have a few of the sites already in Windows DUN, but I would prefer to keep this info separate, is it possible?
Please point me in the right direction.... Is VB5 ok for this type of work?
