General Description:
The purpose of this project is to replace a large and complex legacy system. You will be responsible for developing a J2EE application using MVC framework and UML design artifacts from requirements documents like use cases.
Your Qualifications:
· 5 years experience developing J2EE application using MVC framework
· Experience w/ relational databases using jdbc
· Web services Development for enterprise applications integration· XML technologies (schemas, parsing and transformations)
· Visual Software Modeling design patterns for enterprise application· Thorough understanding of core java platform
· 2 years experience w/ Weblogic Server Platform
· Unit testing using Junit or similar framework
· Familiarity w/ an IDE (preferably Eclipse)
Preferred Skills:
· BEA Workshop and Integration
· Previous experience working with large scale project involving at least 10 developers
· Experience with OR mapping frameworks (e.g. Hibernate)
· Experience with J2EE web application development frameworks (e.g. struts)
· Integrating w/ Legacy system
· Experience with ClearCase and ClearQuest toolset
· Experience with Java Messaging API
