    Selection in JTree


    Is it possible to select a node in a jTree without using the mouse? (i.e.
    I whant to grab focus on a specific node in the tree, without first clicking
    it)

    To select node "node" in tree "tree":

    tree.addSelectionPath(new TreePath(node.getPath()));

    im jennifer
    i too have the same problem as that of Per
    when i assiged u'r syntax to my project as
    TreePath currentSelection = tree.addSelectionPath(new TreePath(node.getPath()));

    its showing incompactiable types.

    y is it so??

    any help will be of great use.
