I need to write a GPS aware, multi-table database inspection app on a hardened handheld device. I have .NET experience and have worked with Windows Mobile several years ago. If possible, I would like to write an ASP.NET app that would work online from any browser and have the capability to use a local sql express database when out of cell range. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
