Error Unable to start debugging on the web server

Help I get the following error:

Error while trying to run project: Unable to start debugging on the web server

Debug:
Auto-attach to process '[2128] aspnet_wp.exe' on machine 'bulldog' failed. Error code 0x8013134b.

I started a asp.net web application in visual studio,
It automatically named it webapplication1 for me

then when I press F5 to run the program I get the above error

hey kenn, jus try this..go to IIS-> go to the application right click ->properties-> There give Create application. This would work if it does nt
Go to add/remove programs->add remove windows components-> uncheck the "internet information services" and click ok. and do the same thing by reinstalling the internet information services . after doing that in in .NET command prompt type
aspnet_regiis -i
This should work.
