I am new to java and this forum I want info about my java fast program like how to run it and what program I write ?

your "fast" program? Not sure what you're talking about. You may want to start out by reviewing the content on these tutorials from Sun.

If you're a kind who like nice editor such as Visual Studio (like me ), then download Eclipse. It's one of my favorite IDE since a long time ago (IMHO, superior than the latest VS in term of usability) and it's free. Check out www.eclipse.org.

"Thinking in java " is a very good java tutorial for newbie, you can get a free copy from internet.
