Conversion of HTML report to PDF format

Hi

I need to know how to convert a HTML report to PDF format . I have created a data driven report with VB.NET and HTML ( using com web component in the vb.net file ) . I have to convert that HTML report to PDF format . I like the user to click on a button in the application and it will convert the HTML report to PDF format . How to do that . I have searched Google and did not find any good answer . I am using VB.net . Please help

Thanks for the reply . I have search the google for HTML to PDF converter . But my boss want me to write the code using vb.net to conver the HTML file to PDF and do not want to use third party component . Is there any way possible to do that with vb.net . Please help

Of course it's possible. It's software, after all. But it's completely stupid; it will require literally hundreds of hours. Unless your salary really sucks, your boss is not particularly clever.

The best way to convert HTML to PDF is using PDF converter. It not only converts HTML to PDF but also converts PDF files to other formats like word, excel, image, text, etc..

I do this almost daily. I use a PDF converter driver found on the internet . Install it and it becomes a selectable converter option.Then you can convert PDFs to many forms in any program at all, including Adobe Acrobat . Just open a PDF, select convert, and choice a form you want, then you can convert html to pdf the task will be finished in several seconds. if you haven't found a good choice , you can have a try. best wishes.
