convert from html doc to rtf doc or pdf doc

I'm having html document and i want to convert it into rtf doc or pdf doc.
Is there any tool to convert.

If you are using windows, I think the latest version of Abode Acrobat reader provides a plugin for internet explorer which allows you to create a PDF of the html page in the browser.

can u tel me the tool name exactly

I think its just as simple as installing acrobat readed. I've never used it but i can find out for sure in a few days.
