Visual Studio IDE changes from VS2005 Express to other versions

I was wondering if there is a list of features that are NOT available in the express edition of Visual Studio 2005 but are in higher-level versions like professional. For example, the outlining menu and macros are missing from express (which makes it unusable for me).

As another possible question: Are the outlining and macros menus in other locations in the express version? I’m guessing these are some of the features missing though.

    Thank you Phil,

I'm guessing that the macros and outlining menu fall under

User experience: Simplified menu options and defaults for express version and full for pro on up.
