    Date Function In Java

Anyone know how to display the date and some text of a java program?
If you could look at the screenshot i've taken, which you can see by going to http://members.optusnet.com.au/gujju_style/

If you can see where it says "message" in that blue tittle bar, i want it to show the current system date and also i'd like to add some text of my own in there.

    Cheers.
