sql server problem

hello friends,
i have developed one website with url www.qotoofcharts.com in this i am using sql server connection with real ip address till now the website was working fine but suddenly today when my network engineer restarted the server my website is not connecting with the database
its giving error sql server doesnt exist or access denied can anybody help me can you suggest me what are the steps for sql server to persist online

Can you ping the SQL Server? Connect to your database from tools like SQL Query Analyzer?

I would make sure the SQL Server service is running. If for some reason you were running this service under an account where the password can expire, this could prevent the service from starting.

You ask your network administrator whether he has properly configured the DHCP server. He need to reserve an IP address for a SQL server machine. This will ensure a smooth connection between the front end application and SQL Server.
