How to access entire value of address bar in java?

i have to access the value listed in address bar using java program..

for ex: In Browser, Address Bar(giving as): "http://forum.java.sun.com/post!default.jspa?forumID=3" .

This String should be accessed in java problem.. can anyone help me out..
