help! Resize a picture, width&height, to another jpg file

    I tried as below:
    1. Create a PictureBox in the form
    2. LoadPicture(original picture)
    3. calculate the ratio, get new width, height
    4. PaintPicture
    5. SavePicture

It works, but the destination picture lost color, looks vague.

Are there any other better solutions? Thanks in advance!
