    requirements for executing c# programs

    hi,
can anyone of tell me what are the basic requirements for programming c#
    programs and executing them.
to be more specific, following configuration supports C# or not
OS - Microsoft 98 (if yes then what are the basic requirements to be so that
C# programs can be coded, tested, and debugged.)
    thanx in advance
    bye

Win98 is supported by the Beta1 version of Visual Studio.NET, and the SDK as
    well.
