    Graph Zoom in/out?

I have been making a graph, there is a need to add a zoom in/out feature to it. I have not used jFreeChart or jChart for it. Is there any way to add this without using them? An example would be of great help. No external packages used.

    Welcome to DevX

I spent a bit of time Googling this one and found a number of zoom in/out things, but they all dealt with some type of component.

Is that a total no-no for your project?
