What is the matter with the .net framework sample?

Hi all,
I have installed the .Net FrameWork SDK and work fine.But
When I finish the sample of framework setup, some title of
QuickStart can not be displayed and occur some mistakes as following:

What is the Acme? I can not find this file in my PC. Did I miss some steps
during
setup? How can I modify this mistake?

cant install quickstart and it doesnt miss no files

Framework?

yes i did but in alpha version i had no problems with quiick start tuturial
but in beta i cant install
