Can anyone help me with the search facility that I wish to provide in the portal that I am developing. The user has the facility to enter the words and text phrases and the search should be capable to find out the text inside the word or acrobat files. If found, it should display the link to the file, which when clicked opens the file for reading. I do not wish to do this using the SQL Servers', Full Text Search feature.
