ejb = hibernate = persistence framework?
ejb = hibernate = persistence framework?
Is EJB only a persistence framework?
-
hibernate is just a persistence framework and thus only a part of the ejb specs, which also defines containers for the beans and more.
-
then can i use :
spring+hibernate = ejb = application framework
-
well, shurely spring+hibernate together are an application framework, but that doesn't mean it's ejb. hibernate implements the persistence layer of the ejb specifications. with spring, i'm not shure. have a look at the ejb specifications as well as the specs of spring.
